All products purchased from Powerchip Australia between March 11, 2005 and December 30 2012 come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, simply return the Powerchip to your place of purchase so that the goods arrive back no later than 14 days after the goods are recieved.

For example, if the product is purchased on the 1st of the month, and it arives to you on the 2nd of the month, if the refund is to be issued by Powerchip, the product needs to be recieved to our office by 5.00pm on the 15th of the month.
